Choosing the right old distro for an old PC from 2000view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – A little pre-history. I've got at my disposal an old PC from around the year 2000 with Pentium II 400Mhz/RAM 256MB/HDD 40GB/NVidia 32Mb + USB. So it is not so bad, especially the memory (must have been upgraded some years after 2000), but the CPU is a little slow. (Hardware)

Email Clientsview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hello, My wife and I are considering purchasing our first Linux PC. The one thing I need to find is an email client that allows the user to increase the font size on the folder list so that my wife can see her folders as our TV screen is the monitor and it's tough to see the folder list in T-Bird under the default settings. I don't think T-Bird can and I know Apple Mail has that option. (Hardware)
