Theme or OS issue?view story

https://www.kubuntuforums.net – I'm using Breeze Dark theme and some of the buttons are difficult to see -- http://postimg.org/image/4mspgmn79/ See how icons to the left of CONFIGURE and HELP are difficult to see? And the arrow to the left of OVERVIEW is impossible to see? I know that since there is nowhere to go back to for overview the back arrow shouldn't be illuminated, but it doesn't do it anyways.
