QtWebSockets missing in Qt5.3view story

http://ubuntu.5.x6.nabble.com – Hi, I was looking forward to using the new QtWebSockets module included in the new Qt 5.3 release that is shipped in the upcoming Ubuntu 14.10 version. Unfortunately the QtWebSockets module is missing. Also the PyQt5.3.1 build in Ubuntu is missing websocket support. Is there any chance of getting a complete build of Qt5.3 for 14.10? Thanks Posted in ubuntu-devel (HowTos)

[Videocardz/OCUK] Goodbye GALAXY and KFA2, Meet GALAXview story

http://forums.anandtech.com – Quote: Do you remember the first GeForce 900 series card to be leaked? It had a GALAX brand name on the back. At the time we thought it was just a missing letter from Galaxy branding. Well… as it turns out, this is actually a new brand made after consolidation of Galaxy and its European brand KFA2. Now it’s only GALAX. (Hardware)

How many android devices (in%) has USB host? [on hold]view story

http://android.stackexchange.com – Please advise me you many (in %) android devices are supporting USB host. I'm working on new toy for kids, which we would like to connect to tablets via USB (2.0) to update the content of the toy. Not sure that, that's a good solution, cause as far as I've read and know it not that easy: connect the toy to tablet and sync the info to update the content. (HowTos)

Asus X99 Deluxe & Linuxview story

http://forums.anandtech.com – Does anyone have any information as to whether or not the Asus X99 Deluxe board has decent support in Linux? I asked Asus support, and they said no, which just means they don't want it to be their responsibility. My concerns, in no particular order: Booting. (Hardware)

Laptop batteries and long-term storageview story

http://forums.anandtech.com – I've owned a Dell Latitude C400 from new, about 2001 IIRC. It's very light, reasonable size screen albeit a bit slow (P3 mobile). I've done a couple of upgrades to it over the years, a newer HDD and more RAM. I also have two chargers and other bits like a PCMCIA USB2 card. (Hardware)
