Need Help in extracting data from XML Fileview story

Within sample data rows (2 rows) shown below, I want to extract data value after equal to sign (until space or "/" sign). Than I searched online and found that the reverb can be eliminated or decreased by using a software named de-verb. Than I installed that software from this link , installed it. Can't get rid of wps-office iconsview story
