The grub.cfg is not updated unless you update it, so as long as you know that it will be overwritten with a subsequent grub-mkconfig command, you should be all good. We don't have a situation here where you do a system update and it runs everything for you. I have heard of several people around here who maintain their grub. (HowTos)

Basically, the server is rejecting all connections to port 3306 no matter is I am using PuTTY or a direct MySQL connection. http://ubuntuforums.org – I'm using the program youtube-dl to capture a YouTube video. The video is in Hungarian. When I display it in a browser (either reconq or Firefox), it has English subtitles. The captured version doesn't have the subtitles but seems to be otherwise correct. (Hardware)
