How do I LIMIT my fps with CCC?view story

http://hardforum.com – Folks, One rig has a GTX670. I've limited the fps to 1/2 of the screen refresh rate. It's a setting in the Nvidia control panel. This setting (for one game) has made the visuals FAR better. Having a -steady- fps makes this game look very smooth. Previously, my fps could be in the 200+ range, down to 20, depending on the load. Setting it to 30fps has been a godsend. I have 2 AMD rigs. (Hardware)

Verizon To Throttle 4G LTE Users With Unlimited Plansview story

Before this change, Verizon only throttled 3G connections of those with unlimited data plans. (Hardware)

usb not working, mainly my fault?view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – well i wanted to be able to have one usb stick to work for all my computers, so i dont have to choose 32bit vs 64 ect. so i went with 32 on a 64... as far as i know, this *should* work? you lose a little bit but gain versatility... at least that was my thought. or is it that usb sticks just plain old arent very good at the write/read process?
