Strange advice from tech supportview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – On Wed. my HP desktop had 12 Microsoft updates along with one for AMD HD graphics which I accepted all. Afterwards my photo editing work flow was crippled (I use Windows for Photo Shop elements and On One's Perfect Photo Suite). Since On One's advice has always been focused on the graphics I opted to call them for advice. (Hardware)

changing between pseudo terminalsview story

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hello fedora people, I want to change from /dev/pty/3 to /dev/pty/4 by using a command rather than using the mouse on the terminal windows in an X session. There is the command: chvt which enables the user to change from one tty to another, but is there a way to do this between pty terminals, which in my case are a bunch of xterms? (HowTos)

Server HD suddenly full and trying to find causeview story

http://serverfault.com – This morning I woke up to clients not able to login to my app. After inspection, I discovered my HD is full (ouch). This is bad news obviously and especially considering it's normally only at like 10% capacity. I looked up the largest directories on the server and found something odd in 3 of my user folders. I stored files in the directories /httpdocs/users/1/2/3 (where 123 is the user ID). (HowTos)
