http://ubuntuforums.org – Hey all! I've been using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS for almost a month now and I love it! I wanted to start playing some old Steam games on it, but I have out of date drivers, so I get an error message at Steam's launch. I am using a GeForce 6200. To update my drivers, I went to the nVidia website and got the latest drivers for my system. The only way I could get them was as a .run file. (Hardware)

So my disk space was getting really low so I used disk analyzer to see where all the space was being taken up and what I could remove. (Hardware)

[all variants] Differences between Kubuntu/Xubuntu/Lubuntu/Ubuntu?view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I have been using Ubuntu for a few years, but aside from a little bit of playing around it's pretty much the only Linux based OS I have used. To my understanding, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, and Lubuntu are just Ubuntu with different desktop environments and default applications. The Lubuntu page on the Ubuntu wiki specifically says that, and that it shares Ubuntu's repositories. (Hardware)

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi all I recently converted to ubuntu and the one (and only) thing I'm missing from Windows is the United Kingdom Extended keyboard layout, which allows you to easily do foreign accents etc. Can anyone recommend a similar keyboard layout for ubuntu? I would be disappointed to have to switch back to Windows just because of this. Many thanks (Hardware)
