lcd 4bit mode asm custom characterview story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hi guys. I'm relatively new to mplab and i am working on a project using assembly language which at some point requires me to display a custom charactor that i created on the 16x2 lcd in 4 bit mode exclusively. Now i know that i need to first set the cg ram address and then load the combination of bits to the cg ram but I cant figure out a way to do so. (Embedded)

Increase sourcing current capability?view story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hello everyone. So I am trying to implement an op amp based, constant current source, which needs to sink OR source around 0-100mA (Max), for a varying R_LOAD of about little to 2kO(Max). Attached is the basic circuit I have so far. In the simulation, the current is maintained constant the way I need it to, following the relation I= Vin/Rsense = 1V/10O= 100mA. (Embedded)

counter logicview story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hi I will try to explain myself as best as I can. I am trying to create a circuit that uses a counter. I want to use a switch for a manual clock cycling trigger. I am not sure if this is possible or whether other elements are required. (Embedded)

Driving a servo motorview story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hello! I am currently doing my project and in part of it I need to drive a three wire servo motor with an mbed processor. However, I suppose the processor output is too low to generate the appropriate PWM for driving the motor. What is the best method to interface the processor and the motor so as to increase the voltage with minimum noise? (Embedded)

Logic Diagramview story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hi, was searching for information on Logic Diagrams for my college assignment and came across this forum. Wondering would anybody able to talk me through doing this, I do not simply want it done for me as I have to explain how I came to the answer so just copying it down will be useless for me. If anybody could help I would be very grateful. (Embedded)

IR Therapy for Peripheral Neuropathyview story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Another thread about a large LED panel for skin treatment got me thinking about this again. I have significant pain in my feet from peripheral neuropathy, and bought some 940nm LEDs in order to build a small array for the bottom of my left foot (the worst of the two.) Between the time I ordered the LEDs and they arrived, I sort of lost my confidence in the likelihood of success, and never built t (Embedded)

Low Frequency Distortion?view story

http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com – Hi guys, it's been while! I have a problem with a Mackie SA1521 woofer, theres very noticeable distortion at low frequencies between 40-70Hz, I've tested the majority of the transistors and referenced with a working unit I have and still cant find any fault with the components. I'm thinking it's around the low pass op-amp but not quite sure, do any of you have "I'm 99% sure it'll be this&qu (Embedded)
