Yes, I regularly backup my ~/ with an app called Back in Time. I don't want to back up my whole home, as I don't want my dot files and such anymore, with the new install. I know how to backup and restore my FF and TB profiles, now. What's left are the files and folders in my ~/ that I want. (Hardware)
