Split audio output between USB headphones and analog subwooferview story

http://superuser.com – I have a wireless USB headset. It has good mid- and high- range quality, however lows are obviously bad. I also have analog speaker set with a subwoofer. Since I don't need to "hear" subwoofer, but rather "feel" it, I want to use my headset for music and plug in the speaker set, but only output audio with frequency lower than certain threshold. Is it possible in general? (HowTos)

Ubuntu 13.10 - no USB devices after restartview story

http://askubuntu.com – I have a fresh install of ubuntu 13.10. I was trying to install wine and it hung up so I decided to restart the computer instead of killing processes at random (no, I didn't kill any processes). After reboot the keyboard (USB) doesn't function so I can't log in. USB wireless adapter is also down as is the USB mouse. I then installed 13.04 on side and it works just fine. (HowTos)

How to connect to a network from terminalview story

[note] I tried using LiveCD and then the chroot command but then I was unable to make apt-get install any updates. (HowTos)

Getting extremely low speedsview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I finished building my computer a day ago, and now I'm facing with this problem. I have a wireless card (Asus PCIE N10) installed, and I'm getting speeds of 0.77Mbps on speedtest.net. When I try the same test on either my laptop or Windows 8, I get around x10 that speed (6-7Mbps). After googling a bit, I logged into the router and tried to change the channel to 11, it didn't work. [Internet] WiFi Doesn't Accept Passwordsview story

http://www.kubuntuforums.net – When I try to connect to the wireless router, the password prompt pops up, and no matter what I do it just keeps popping up again. I know the wifi works, because it works from windows, bodhi linux, and my cell phone. I know that the card on that computer works because it connect fine under bodhi linux. I have the password saved in the network manager, and it is set to all users now, as so (HowTos)

WiFi Hotspot Complains "No secrets were provided" After 13.04 -> 13.10 Upgradeview story

http://www.kubuntuforums.net – I set up my laptop to work as a hotspot for my iPhone in 13.04, which worked just fine. Today, after upgrading to 13.10, it no longer works. I set it up for a manual connection, because I didn't want it on all the time. I'd click the connection in Network Manager, enter my password for the KDE Password Manager, and it would come up with no problem. That doesn't happen now. (HowTos)
