Centos & USB diskview story

http://www.linuxquestions.org – I just started using CentOS 6 three days ago. I'm baffled by a lot of things, but the most recent is this: I'm was able to plug 'n play my USB flash drive (original formatting, straight out of the package, and brand new, but with some files on it that I created in both OS's) in Windows Vista (Home, SP2, I'm on a dual boot PC) until a couple hours ago. two-year-old bug in wheezy : 655579view story

http://www.linuxquestions.org – Debian Bug report 65579 states that the AMD64 flavor of wheezy does not recognize a USB keyboard. I have two machines that are running on oldstable because I cannot dist-upgrade to wheezy. This is causing major heartburn. Canonical (Ubuntu corporation) will sell me support, but the description sounds like hand holding. (HowTos)

I followed this guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...l#post44080767 and downloaded the hboot they linked. I didn't realize it, but the download completed with only 100k or so completed of the 2mb file. I wrote it in fastboot, rebooted and BAM. (HowTos)

http://androidforums.com – Anyone know how to disable the pop-up warning on S5 about data charges when you turn on mobile data, and also the one to tell you to close the usb cover when removing charger? Once is enough! My previous, S3, didn't do this. Thanks! (NB I'm not talking about data usage warning where you can set a limit) (General)
