http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi, I searched on google and confirmed that ubuntu version 7.x worked with my webcam using the gspca. The hardware ID is 0x092E. However, my current ubuntu version of 9.1 doesn't work. Both Cheese, and a webcam test website doesn't detect my webcam at all. The webcam LED just stays on all the time. I'm not too sure where to go from here. (Hardware)

I have finally figured out how get Ubuntu Karmic installed and working GREAT! I suggest the 32-bit version of Karmic, but the 64-bit works as well. When I unmount it the led goes out. Handy to know when the drive is completely unmounted. When I unmount in Ubuntu the led stays on. (Hardware)
