Upon booting up, when X.Org started it flashed to a glitchy black screen with two off-color ubuntu logos adjacent to one another, with the bottom half of the screen showing the default wallpaper. This has to be the first version of Ubunu where the sound does not work right out of the box. I'm using Intel X48 chipsets for making high audio sound.
