Built in WiFi issues/freezesview story

The problem that just began about 2 weeks ago is the machine freezes when I try to connect to a wifi network via the built in adapter. I have tested the machine with Winblows 7 and the problem doesn't exist with that OS, so I know it's a Linux issue. I have also tested other OS's to see if it is a Fedora issue, or Linux issue.
