KTorrent stalled on foo.torrent but bittorrent under XP does fine on foo.torrent.view story

http://www.linuxquestions.org – Hi: I run KTorrent on a certain .torrent and, in the status column, after allocating disk space, it says 'stalled' and remains in this status for ever. However, if I boot in winXP and run bitTorrent on the same .torrent, after some minutes it begins to download. What can possibly be the cause. And what is the meaning of that word 'stalled'?
