mythweb password problem in 14.4 new install all updates with repo'sview story

I am now going to setup the mythweb password in the mythbuntu control center ,when i enter a user name and password, click apply (add admin credentials) it run for a second and then this screen comes up. I have no idea what its telling me. can anyone offer tips on this. (Hardware)

On Linux even with AA and ambient Occlusion turned off my AVG FPS is in the 20's. Any tips to bring higher FPS ? Also I see 1 core of my CPU at 70-80% and the rest at around 5-10%.
