http://askubuntu.com – The left click(tap of touchpad, below and above touchpad left buttons) on my Lenovo Thinkpad E420, suddenly stops responding and comes back to action after reboot. The behaviour is annoying. Any ideas?? Please do post. (HowTos)

After installing updates (including a reboot) my power manager stopped working and I also get crash reports about the network manager on every start. What I have found works well for me is loading the rtl8192ce module with fwlps off and ips off. You can see what options are available for a given module by running $ modinfo <module>So make a file in /etc/modprobe.d and call it rtl8192 (HowTos)
