Now luckely insurance have sent a new device, but I need to get pictures that were one the device copied over (Failed SD card and phone writes pictures on internal memory). But when I connect phone to computer (Vista 7), it doesn't show up in Computer to be able see or access the contents of the phone. (HowTos)

Support Viewing pix/vids using USB cableview story

I took some pictures and videos today but when I attach USB cord from phone to laptop and open the phone directory in explorer, I cant see any thumbnail previews and I cant choose the option 'open with..'?
