http://forums.opensuse.org – Hello, I recently upgraded from 11.2 to 11.3. I had to manually install nVidia drivers to get the desktop working correctly (compiz was enabled), now the system runs fine except for cairo-dock which doesn't start on KDE boot. Running it from console and choosing Yes when asked for using OpenGL, it returns an error djechelon@MONSTR:~> cairo-dock (Distributions)

The only problem I'm having right now is getting it to save my preferences. Ex. I want to use Gedit when I double click on a PHP file, but it wants me to use VIM. So I right click -> open with -> select Gedit from list and check "Remember this application for PHP files". (HowTos)

http://www.linuxquestions.org – I have a Qnap NAS (TS-219). It's ARM-based but that's about what I know about it. I have picked up a little linux along the way but I've mainly relied on ipkg for my needs. I'm running Gallery 3 on the webserver and would like it to show videos also. Using ipkg I installed ffmpeg (0.svn20080409-2). However, when trying to install ffmpeg-php I ran into problems. (HowTos)
