The x2x system worked great - I was able to control my laptop from the desktop which was ssh'd into it... but the keyboard on the laptop no longer works. I have a dual-boot, and when I boot into lion (it's an early 2008 macbook) the keyboard works fine. (HowTos)

It works well for automatically partitioning the drives, selecting languages etc. However, it doesn't configure the firewall. It is a known issue. Running without a firewall isn't a good idea. When the mouse is plugged in I can click on the launcher bar stuff on the left but once a window is open I can't do anything with it. I cant close it or move to other windows without alt tab. I have tried editing the xorg file thing, but it didn't work. (Hardware)
