Mutt multiple account configurationview story

https://bbs.archlinux.org – While this thread is fresh and on the topic of mutt I'd shoot the community a question about a major problem I'm having with my setup. That is if the OP can hold off on marking the topic as [SOLVED].I had a working setup and decided to patch it with the sidebar patch. (HowTos)

Empathy/Gabble Internal Error on Facebook Connectview story

https://bbs.archlinux.org – After updating to Gnome 3.8 Empathy will no longer connect to Facebook throwing up an "internal error" message. Downgrading to empathy 3.6 fixes the issue immediately, although the issue appears to be caused by gabble as switching on Facebook disables all other gabble accounts and seems to segfault-close gabble altogether. [Q] Why Windows phone apps have splash screen?view story

http://forum.xda-developers.com – I get the point that splash screen look good instead of boring black screen ( if app takes time to load). But I am right now an Android user and thinking of switching to Windows Phone 8. On Windows Phone OS, it looks like most app have a splash screen. On Android, there is no splash screen in most apps, they open instantly. But on WP, why don't apps open instantly especially 3rd party apps. (HowTos)

Where does sudo get the currently logged in username from?view story

http://unix.stackexchange.com – When I tried to "sudo su" instead of "sudo su -" after having been logged in as root and su-ing to another user, it tries to sudo me as the new user, but via root... When I type env, it shows still username=root in the environment. Is sudo not looking at the currently logged in user, but at the enviroment parameters? (HowTos)

http://serverfault.com – I have a (dv) Dedicated Virtual hosting environment running Plesk 11 at Media Temple. I am able to control the Default DNS Zone Template used to create new virtual hosts as I add customers. Forgive my naivety, but my question is: do I need the NS, A and AAAA records for ns.<domain>. in the template? None of my customers will be running their own name servers at NS.<domain>. (HowTos)

Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 sending message to selfview story

http://serverfault.com – I have a customer who is copying herself on e-mails that she sends periodically. If she selects her mail address from the GAL it works fine, but if she types her smtp e-mail address in the cc line, it comes back as undeliverable, not a valid e-mail address. It is not in the cache and adding from the GAL does not add it back into the cache. It used to work fine. Thoughts? (HowTos)
