I can't trace it to any particular event, it seems to happen randomly. I think the problem started when I tried installing ktts (the text to speech engine) but I cannot be sure. http://www.daniweb.com – I am set up with an extended desktop on my laptop computer. When i am watching a video on full screen on one screen i am unable to work on the other screen without it exiting the full screen mode. Is that just what always has to happen or is there a way to have it remain in full screen mode while working on the other screen? (General)

This on a fujitsu siemens laptop Si1848 with openSUSE 11.2 installed. Is there any way to get rid of it? Could it be that I'm missing something or could it be something that is disabled in the suse kernel. (Distributions)
