The problem is that it has to run a gui application to set all the preferences and configurations. Yes,I have tried most of the solutions such as creating a Virtual Machine, Vagrant, installing Apache, MySql,PHp, etc. even something called Moodle(if memory serves). I can get as far as opening a web browser and typing localhost which opens page that says It Works and it is all uphill beyond that point. (HowTos)
