http://ubuntuforums.org – Usually I can change between monitors with Fn+F8 without problems. Only when I put the computer into hibernation, bring it back and then try to activate the external mnitoor I get a 100% freeze and need to hard reset. When I press Fn+F8 then, the monitor activates, both screens turn black with only the mousepointer on them. (Hardware)
