http://ubuntuforums.org – Karmic 9.10 I have a USB ethernet adapter (due to faulty rj45 socket on my laptop) If the USB adapter is plugged in, then all other USB devices fail to mount. As soon as the reported temperature reaches 80C, however, the fan switches on at its highest speed and never slows down. This is pretty much a showstopper because I use suspend quite a lot.
