But let me explain what I did next, I ran the ubuntu boot repair tool and now Windows is not even listed in my grub loader. So I went and booted with windows cd and choose repair. After several tries (Anaconda crashes if I want to install with LVM), it finally worked and installed on a fresh partitioned raid-1. After the reboot, grub2 opens and tries to start Fedora. I tried fgrep menuentry /boot/grub/grub/.cfg and only see Ubuntu. When I checked my partitions using fdsik, I saw that there are three partitions still.
