https://bbs.archlinux.org – Apologies for not being clearer.  My main worry is using two different boot loaders and chain loading OS's on a GPT as you clearly noticed.  In any event, I would have trouble in a situation where I use a boot loader with certain options and a certain splash image, where I would like to exclude the Arch Fall back session.  By simply selection what I would call ARCH on this boot (HowTos)

Does anyone do this? I've dual booted always with one drive but I want to try a dual hard drive configuration with Ubuntu and Windows on separate drives. Chakra seems to be running well on it now.I did the full install from usb stick onto a pre-partitioned drive also holding aptosid and Windows 7. Grub2 found both of these other OS's.I needed to use nouveau.modset=0 and xmodule=vesa to get the live session to load.I did a normal install without proprietary drivers. (HowTos)
