Unable to access webmin - server firewall problem?view story

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi, I have a Ubuntu 12.04 server where I've at one point installed webmin on port 10000, but now I can't access it from outside any more. (My browser says "Connection refused".) If I ssh to the server, I can access it from the command line though. So I thought it would have to be a firewall issue. Well, I temporarily did "ufw disable", but I still couldn't access it. (Hardware)

http://serverfault.com – This problem just started recently. I have a number of VMs (2008 R2) on a 2012 Hyper-V host but not all are effected in the same manner. The VMs are identical and no changes were made to either the VM or Hyper-V host. I am unable to reach the Cluster Shared Volume on a few VMs. I am able to ping the Hyper-V host by name and IP. But I cannot connect to the share via name, IP, or FQDN. (HowTos)
