Stupid firefox questionview story

http://forums.opensuse.org – I just installed openSuse yesterday for the first time and have a dumb firefox question. I tried to install adobe flash, and it's not working correctly. I downloaded the YUM version, and told it to run the program. It did, but no flash seemed to install. When I try again with either yum or rpm it tells me it's already installed, but in firefox there is no sign of it. What am I doing wrong?? (Distributions)

Thunderbird links not workingview story

http://forums.opensuse.org – All of a sudden, when I click on a link in Thunderbird, nothing happens, where it used to open a tab in Firefox. Left clicking and selecting "open in browser" also doesn't work. I checked in Firefox to make sure I had it set as my default browser, but when I click on an html file it opens in Konquerer. Is there another setting I should change? If so, what? Where? (Distributions)

Mozilla's FrankenFirefoxview story

http://blogs.zdnet.com – There's no doubt in my mind that open source makes for better applications. If your code is rubbish (or just not as good as it could be), you can get people to make it better, and if your code is good, it's there for other people to take advantage of. And this is exactly what the folks at Mozilla are doing by adding Apple's WebKit JavaScript engine to the Firefox browser. (General)

Slow Internet / Network in general 11.2view story

http://forums.opensuse.org – Hi, a week ago i switched from 11.1 to 11.2. Since then i can not really surf the web :/ its **** slow. First i thought it could refer to the router but no other system connected to the router is that slow. I read several threads facing these problems but disabling ipv6 and traditional network setup did not fix it. I even tried different kernels but always slow :( (Distributions)
