KDE menu editor not saving changesview story

Gnome-Fallback put Applications bar at bottomview story

But then one day it changed my bar with Applications / Places / Time, ect... to be at the bottom of the screen instead of the top... Dragging it back to the top doesn't work, I can't drag it...
