http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Like the title says: is there a way to install F16 with only 512Mb? I am booting via pxe, with the full F16 DVD available via NFS. The vmlinuz and initrd images copied over by tftp are from that DVD. The boot works fine, and I get to anaconda, which puts up a text screen box saying I need 768Mb. (HowTos)

I was trying to tweak my KDE desktop, and I accidentally ended up with a black screen after removing the desktop activity. I didn't know what to do to recover from that, so, after searching on the Internet, I found that removing the .kde/ and .kde4/ folders, KDE would "restart". So I did and logged out. (HowTos)
http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'm trying to get Heroes of Might and Magic V to work under wine, but so far no luck. The game installs normally and starts, but when the title screen comes up, the textures fail to load (the animation still plays normally, and 3d effects like fire are ok, but models are just black shapes or invisible) and the main menu fails to show up. That's how the screen looks: Uploaded with ImageS (HowTos)

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I have an ancient Dell Dimension 4600 which I have resurrected as general utility PC for the household. I have various PC bits lying around and I decided to see if I could get it to work with twin monitors. The Dell will only accept AGP video cards but I managed to salvage a GeForce 7600GS from a scrap PC. (HowTos)
http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'd like to completely remove any advanced options in my boot menu. All I want to see is one option for each installed OS. Fedora 17 Windows 7 Fedora 16 Fedora 14 Ubuntu (Ultimate Edition) Arch Linux Does anyone know if this is possible? I don't need 47 freakin' options in the menu! Thanks for reading. (HowTos)
