Email this pagehttp://forums.fedoraforum.org – I like the Geany IDE but I've noticed it uses a large amount of CPU even sitting there idle. Hiding the Message pane (go to View -> uncheck "Show Message Window" ) brings the cpu usage back down to a reasonable amount (HowTos)
