After upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 I can't work with dual monitorview story

http://askubuntu.com – after Upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 I can't work with dual monitors. The desktop is freezing after a short while when I attache the second Monitor. I can use the touchpad, but the desktop isn't reacting anymore. Sometimes I can switch with Ctr-Alt-F1 to terminal-mode, but i can't restart lightdm or something else, just reboot. 12.04 was working perfectly with two monitors. (HowTos)

When I boot the wifi works fine, but after about 5-10 min it gets slow, disconnects etc and the computer starts to run slowly. The it is ok after reboot, for about 5-10 min. Any ideas?
