In one thread it is mentioned to use mysqlite to make roundcube to work better but unfortunately doing this RoundCube got broken and a rebuild of the database was required. How do I reinstall PEAR so I can search for Pear packages again? I ran easyapache and recompiled php with PEAR, thinking that it would show up again, but no go. (HowTos)

There's a big flow of incoming emails on one of my cPanel servers so I want to set the tmp directory of spamassassin where it writes every ".spamassassin-rand-tmp" files in RAM instead of /tmp partition to reduce IO.
