Denied & it is my file & I have permission ?view story

It is my file & I have permissions Somehow a slew of files on my system are now showing this way. This seems to correspond when I ran rsync from my netbook to sync it up with my desktop where I am having a problem. Any ideas ? :doh: (HowTos)
