General link not working after scroll in default browser of samsung s4view story

After scrolling down, the bottom ads link stops working. again on scroll back to top of page , the bottom floaters ad link starts working. This happens only in the samsung s4 with the default browser, in all other devices and all other browsers it is working fine. please help urgently. (General)

Failed updating posts on wordpress when use linux, but succeed on windowsview story

Recently I find that I can't update my posts on Wordpress when using Linux Mint. However, when I switch to Windows 7, I can update my post again.
