http://forums.opensuse.org – Hi, I can't get WLAN up on my Dell Mini 10v (BCM 4312)/openSUSE 11.3/LXDE. And yes, I have thoroughly read iwfingers's 'Getting your Wireless to Work'. After installing openSUSE 11.3 ifconfig can see eth0, l0 and wlan0. No WLAN running. dsmesq|grep firmware prompts me to '/usr/sbin/install_bcm43xx_firmware" (Distributions)
http://forums.opensuse.org – I'm running SUSE 11.3 on a Dell Inspiron 1501 with a Broadcom BCM4311. I finally got the wireless working earlier with some help from caf4926 and now the card keeps disappearing almost like someone went into the BIOS and disabled it. Thank Dan (Distributions)
http://crunchbanglinux.org – How would I go about updating from 2.6.32 to 2.6.33? (or getting my wireless adapter working?)The main reason is because my wireless card doesn't work and on this page it says 2.6.33 is required: http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drive CI_devices (HowTos)
http://forums.opensuse.org – Hi. I yesterday updated my Pressario V3000 with BCM4311 R1 running Opensuse 10.3 and using ndiswrapper to 11.3 (fresh parition, format, install) and can't get the wireless working. The strange thing is that I tried the live CD while 10.3 was installed and it worked fine with b43. I have now 11.3 installed and even the live CD no longer works. (Distributions)

http://forums.opensuse.org – I'm running SUSE 11.3 on a Dell Inspiron 1501 with a Broadcom BCM4311 wireless card. Everything looks like it is installed right, but when I try to connect to my wireless network I can't see any networks. I've tried using network manager and ifup in yast and I've tried scanning for networks and entering the ssid manually and nothing works. Let me know if there's anymore info you need. (Distributions)

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hello all. (HowTos)
http://ubuntuforums.org – I'm trying to use wicd instead of network manager because I want a "no fuss" way to use wireless on wmii. However, wicd will not find any networks unless network-manager has been run and has connected to a network since startup. If it hasn't connected to a wireless network, the wicd will find no networks, and iwlist won't provide a list of networks either. (HowTos)
