http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi, Having had a working Broadcom wifi card I decided to replace it with an Intel 5100 thinking it would improve the reception and generally poor performance in finding and logging on to wireless connections. However after installing the card and doing a clean system 10.04 install I can't get wireless working. (HowTos)

I was able to get the sound working again by reconfiguring the sound drivers in YaST but it is unreliable and often stops working and I have no volume control in the system tray. http://www.linuxquestions.org – Have bluetooth dongle inserted into the back of my HP Ubuntu v8.10 laptop. The bluetooth icon is in the toolbar at the top of the screen. I am trying to pair with a serial (RS232) bluetooth adapter. When I right-click on the bluetooth icon to set preferences the device, I get the Bluetooth Applet v1.8 (bluez) preferences window.
