I would like to install Waldorf to use the next stable debianfor a couple of years in my 6 years old laptop.With the standard kernel I have a problem, the laptop don't resume aftersuspend. http://chakra-project.org – As a newbie please understand I am well out of my depth.My computer has 3 users, myself and my 2 kids, we all enjoy the eye candy of kde and have muliple screens just because we can.Since the last upgrade to 4.9 I can not get GUI  on my section, 1 kid has just one screen left and the other is unaffected.I get this error log on loadingAug 18 20:13:52 localhost kernel: [    5.257728] (HowTos)

http://askubuntu.com – this may be a little hard to explain because im not on my linux pc, but one of my ati drivers will not update. i only have one video card (ati sapphire hd 6670) in my additional drivers menu it has ATI/AMD Updates or something similar, and the other driver says the same thing ATI/AMD Updates (post-release) but it has "(post-release)" after it. http://askubuntu.com – My ubuntu 12.04 lts does not detect any wireless network unless i reboot with the ethernet connection. With the ethernet connection, both the wifi and ethernet are detected and at that point in time, even if i remove the cable, the system keeps on running with the wifi. However, each time , i am having to boot my laptop with the cable to be able to go on the net . (HowTos)

http://crunchbanglinux.org – I had nvidia PCIE card with latest waldorf after a fresh install.  It worked fine but I had to pull the card.Now I have Radeon HD4650 installed and it seems to run OK, except when I maximize chromium browser it takes several seconds to go to full.  When I enter "lspci" this is what I get.--01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI RV730 PRO [Radeon (HowTos)
