http://ubuntuforums.org – I am trying to install Ubuntu on a Asus X58C laptop. Everything is working fine except the screen resolution. I automaticly detects a resolution of 800 * 600, but the resolution I want to use is 1280 * 800. I can't choose this resolution because this resolution isn't in the list I can choose from. I am using Ubuntu version 9.10. (Hardware)

My CLI experience is limited, so bear with me if I have some noobish questions. (HowTos)
http://ubuntuforums.org – Recently got a new laptop for work, an Asus N61J, and I installed Ubuntu 9.10 on it. For whatever reason, the laptop will not suspend. I have no idea why, as it looks like it is going to, but ultimately dumps me back at the Unlock screen, as though I had just locked the computer, rather than suspending it. (Hardware)

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'm running Federa12 on my Asus EeePC 1005HA and I can't upgrade my system because my network connection flakes in and out. I'm connecting to the D-Link DIR-655 802.11n router. Any hints or ideas? I'd rather solve this than just plug-in the ethernet cable. Thanks, in-advance. (HowTos)
