Can not boot after mishap with clonezillaview story

It kept telling me that the drive I was trying to back up (the only hard drive in my laptop and only has Arch Linux installed on it) had a GPT and MBR partition table. I thought that this was odd so booted back into Arch Linux and loaded up gparted and it said that the drive was MBR. (HowTos)
