https://bbs.archlinux.org – after blacklisting the module in modprobe.conf and removing /lib/modprobe.d/usb-load-ehci-first.conf, and then rebuilding with mkinitcpio , I was missing half of the devices in lsusb and the device wouldn't be recognized at all, but after reloading ehci_hcd via modprobe they we're all back up. It also brought back the problem of the device being driven by ehci_hcd. (HowTos)

https://bbs.archlinux.org – I am trying to set up a LAMP stack on my desktop, mostly for development purposes. I followed the instruction in the LAMP page in the wiki to the letter: checked that the http user existed, fixed the http.conf and rc.conf files, started the http server. When I try to connect to localhost, however, instead of the usual Apache page I get a " "Could not connect" message. (HowTos)
