Blink(1) doesn't get detectedview story

How do I say it doesn't detect is because the blink(1) has blink tool which can downloaded online and when I run it to list the blink devices it shows "No blink(1) devices detected"This device works on my office ubuntu machine and doesn't work on my personal archlinux.Any ideas?
