Ubuntu 12.10 wont install from hard drive after reboot promptview story

http://askubuntu.com – After downloading Ubuntu 12.10 yesterday and using the Wubi option to install through windows 7 I hit a road block. I partitioned the C: drive to install Linux and did the primary install no wories. But, after I get the prompt to reboot, which I do, I choose Ubuntu and the Installation starts just fine. (HowTos)

http://ubuntuforums.org – I just installed Ubuntu 10.04 64 Bit on my friend's PC and he has an ATI Sapphire HD6670 Graphics Card. I installed the AMD Propietary drivers to the system and on the bottom right of the computer screen it now has a square box that says AMD Unsupported Hardware. The box does not show up on a screenshot so I cannot attach a screenshot as well. Does anyone know what would cause this? (Hardware)
