http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'm wondering if anybody else is experiencing kernel panics with 3.9.2-200.fc18. I'm running a HP Pavilion g6-2210us with an AMD A4-4300M CPU. Everything is fine with 3.8.11-200.fc18. (HowTos)

https://bbs.archlinux.org – I'll be using the proprietary drivers. This machine is used for gaming. Having the nomodeset switch on isn't an issue, as that's the way my current setup is. Beelzebud https://bbs.archlinux.org/profile.php?id=39190 2013-04-17T23:29:20Z (HowTos)
http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi, I'm having an issue with animations sometimes stuttering in Gnome Shell and also stuttering animations in KDE. Hardware is AMD Phenom 965BE at stock clock of 3.4ghz 4 cores, 4GB RAM, ATI IGP 4250 (512mb shared) on GA-880GM-d2h. Linux Ubuntu 13.04 beta 2 running Gnome 3.8. I noticed that a lot of the time, animations like switching windows from the Overview would be smooth. (Hardware)
http://ubuntuforums.org – I have been trying to get haloce to work on ubuntu for over a year now, and I decided to take a crack at installing the ATI driver tonight. On a whim I followed this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52JRCddtZLk It got up to the amd config and said It could not find any compatible adapters. (Hardware)
http://news.softpedia.com – AMD has released a major driver update for its current product line, integrating a lot of fixes for Team Fortress 2 and other major titles. http://androidforums.com – Hi guys, over the last couple of months ive had three batteries die on me. An officia samsung and two extended gold batteries. When the phone ran out of charge the battery for some reason would refuse to charge. The charge icon seemed to flash up now and then but for some reason the batteries just will not charge. Has anyone else experienced this? (General)
http://askubuntu.com – When I start up or restart my computer, I see the gray underscore in the top-left corner, flashing as it should. Sometimes though, it just keeps flashing, and the system doesn't start. If I try to boot in recovery mode, I can see the text log instead. From there, it gets stuck at a few common points. Again, it's just stuck there until I reboot it. Anyway, this only seems to happen on Linux. (HowTos)

http://askubuntu.com – I see that my machine (Radeon HD 6290) has the option to choose either the X.Org X Server driver or the AMD proprietary driver: I want to know which one is the recommended one in term of performance in general? Do one of them have an edge over the other? And apart from performance, is there any stability issue with them in general? How often are they updated? (HowTos)
http://ubuntuforums.org – Hello all. I'm going to reinstall my Ubuntu with the new 13.04 release soon so I want to ask you which is the best option to recreate my partition scheme. My system boots really slow and I blame the hard drive for this. (Hardware)
