[Q] Which Networks can I get 3g in america on my SU-760?view story

http://forum.xda-developers.com – I'm currently trying to use straight talk on my SU-760 in the united states. The compatable frequencies for straight talk are 850mhz and 1900mhz on the t-mobile network. They offer 3G and 4G but I only get GPRS data speeds. Is this because my phone only has 900/1800/1900/2100? What service providers can I use in the united states that will give me 3G data? (HowTos)

[ubuntu] Windows doesn't load: Invalid EFI File Pathview story

http://ubuntuforums.org – I installed Linux Mint, and in the process removed Windows 7 (the C:\ drive was corrupted). I had a backup, fortunately, so I reformatted the drive and restored the backup. Linux Mint recognizes the drive and all its files, GParted says it's a-ok, and GRUB recognizes it as an operating system. But when I try to boot to Windows 7, it spits out "Invalid EFI file path". The latest comes from the Times of India that reveal that Samsung is working on a RS 5,500 ($100) contract free 4G LTE smartphone for Reliance Communications in India. Let me repeat..that’s contract free. We have a number of $100 phones here in the U.S., but they are all with 2 year contracts. (IT news)

What am I doing wrong!view story

http://forums.androidcentral.com – Here are my issues: I can't send MMS/text messages to an e-mail address, i. e., from my phone to [email protected], for example. If I am logged in to Google (and I don't want to stay logged in), I am able to send from my phone to my wife's phone (Straight Talk). I can't find the proper APN to get it to work. I can answer/send to phone numbers with no problem. (HowTos)

Support Is 3g throttled?view story

http://androidforums.com – I'm using prl 9033 to get 3g here in Baton Rouge, but I can't seem to get over 300kbps anymore. When I first installed the PRL I was getting around 2500kbps. I've noticed that when I take a speedtest, the needle rises up to around 1000k like normal, pauses for a couple of seconds, then drops down to below 300k. (General)

[MOD+ROM] Flashable Mods [JDQ39 OTA] odex + deodexed stockview story

http://forums.androidcentral.com – Please note, these have at this point only been tested on the WiFi version. Some or all may work on the 3G version, but no promises. Flash at your own risk. I am sure many will agree that choosing between a true stock experience and the plethera of custom roms (and thier many lovely options) can be a challenge. Myself, I usually go with the CyanogenMod myself, just for the options. (HowTos)
