Local repository problem 3 years 26 weeks ago

I've had a local repository for all Fedora versions since Fedora 9. Just a fun project for me and the fact that they've worked well is my reward. Now, with Fedora 12 I've run into issue(s). I've created the repo exactly as I've done for previous versions but this time it's not working. That would be all well and good if I knew where to look for a solution, but I'm not sure of the cause.
