xfce4-power-manager not resuming after a suspend

http://crunchbanglinux.org – Hello everybody! I've been gone for a while and in the meantime I've been messing around with arch and some other distros. I've also bought a new laptop after my hp pavilion dv4's screen failed me.Now I have a dell latitude e5420 2gigs ram (need to fix that) i3 cpu and 300 gig hd.I have installed the newest version of #! on it dual-booting with windows 7.first of all the fn-f1 doesn't work for sleeping my computer like it does in windows which I would like to fix.second, whenever I do suspend it by right-clicking on xfce4-power-manager and then selecting suspend, it su (HowTos)
