XFCE version, please!

http://crunchbanglinux.org – I don't know about everybody else, but I sure do miss the XFCE edition.  I'm still running the last one you ever did because I love #!, but I'm not a huge fan of Open/Black/Fluxbox.  I've tried other XFCE distros (and even put XFCE on my #!), but it's just not the same.Anybody with me? (HowTos)

Stories similar to XFCE version, please!

Just a quick note to say that I have been an XFCE user for a couple of years now, but I recently decided to try my hand at Fluxbox.  It took awhile to get it like I wanted it, but I gotta say that I rarely find myself booting into XFCE anymore.  Fluxbox just feels snappier.  I've also really grown to like Tint2 as opposed to the XFCE panel.  Part of me feels disloyal to XF

Hello!I've browsed these forums a bit in the last few months since I have been thinking of trying #!.  Right now I have a new ssd on its way form newegg and I'll put #!

After doing my Staler A2 dist-upgrade I fully scrambled my dock settings and ended up doing a fresh reinstall rather than trouble shooting.A scipt to convert the xfce A2 tint2 desktop to the r20101205 xfce dock might prevent some download traffic and save some grief.  A backup of the old config files would be a bonus.  Could this go in the cb-welcome?I like the more standard xfce dock as

Hello!Currently and since May 2012, Xfce 4.10 on Debian is only available on the Experimental repository and only its Core packages. They run fine but you'll lose most of the Xfce Apps and Plugins functionality.Also, it's unlikely that 4.10 will come to Testing/Unstable any time soon, as Debian will be freezing soon and the decision to not include 4.10 is expected.

I posted this over at xfce...I am getting tis error message when I try to add most of my pluging to the new 4.10:         Plugin "Weather Update" unexpectedly left the panel, do you want to restart it?         The plugin restarted more than once in the last 60 seconds.

Is it possible to make Xfce window manager to open certain applications fullscreen by default? For example i want Emacs in Xfce to be always run fullscreen on start.

I tried searching through Xfce wiki, Xfce page on Arch wiki and Unix.SE with AskUbuntu, no solution yet.

Linux Mint Debian Edition has proven to be a popular release for the Linux Mint developers. It's certainly at the top of my list of favorite distros. Linux Mint Debian edition uses the GNOME desktop and, as good as it is, it's just not right for some folks (especially those on older or slower computers). Enter Linux Mint 201104 Xfce version.
